Built From the Field
Strong Tower Carpentry, LLC was founded in 2018 by M. Henry Dorschug following a 27-year career with Prince Carpentry, Inc. on major New York City high-rise residential projects. Working as a Union Carpentry General Foreman, Henry built his experience where performance is measured floor by floor—against demanding schedules, complex coordination requirements, exacting quality standards, and no room for excuses. He established Strong Tower to bring that field-tested leadership, first-tier discipline, and personal accountability to the open-shop market.
The company’s name was inspired by Proverbs 18:10 in the King James Bible:
“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”
Owner-Led From Start to Finish
At Strong Tower, the person who commits to the work remains accountable for delivering it. Henry stays directly involved from estimating and preconstruction through mobilization, field operations, client coordination, punch-list completion, and final closeout. That continuity gives clients faster decisions, clearer communication, and one accountable leader for the complete Carpentry & Drywall package.
